◆대한민국 준전시 비상상태 한미연합사 긴급 호소 편지

내용: 윤석열 대통령을 즉시 한미연합사에서 강력히 보호해 줄 것
존경하는 브런슨 사령관님, 저는 호주 시드니에 거주한 지 40년이 된 신숙희입니다. 과거 시드니 소재 호주대학에서 영작을 강의했고, 현재 국제자유주권총연대 공동대표를 맡고 있습니다. 이 단체는 세계 25개국 디아스포라와 120명의 해외 동포 대표가 모국의 자유민주체제 수호를 돕기 위해 국내 단체들과 연대하여 구국 활동을 펼치고 있습니다.
저는 800만 해외 동포와 5000만 국내 국민을 대신하여 긴급히 이 글을 드립니다. 이 편지의 주목적은 대한민국이 내전 상태에 빠져 무정부적인 상황에 처해 있음을 트럼프 신 행정부에 알리고, 윤석열 대통령을 반국가 세력의 불법 체포 시도로부터 반드시 보호해 주시길 호소하기 위함입니다.
현재 대한민국은 제2의 한국전쟁 상황과 유사한 내전 상태에 있으며, 주권이 심각히 침해된 상태입니다. 일부 반국가 세력(친중·친북 세력)이 21대와 22대 국회의원 선거에서 전산 조작을 통해 부정 선거를 일으켰다는 의혹이 제기되고 있습니다. 이들은 불법적으로 국회를 장악하여 각종 악법과 불법을 자행하며, 뇌물과 협박으로 선관위를 비롯한 사법·입법·방송 미디어를 장악한 상태입니다.
특히 이들은 윤석열정부 각료를 탄핵하고 2025년도 예산을 방해하는 등의 행위를 통해 헌정 질서를 심각히 훼손하고 있습니다. 이에 윤석열 대통령은 2024년 12월3일, 비상 계엄령을 선포하였습니다. 계엄령의 목적은 지난 10년간 반복된 선거부정의 전산 증거를 확보하기 위해 선거관리위원회 네 곳에 계엄군을 파견한 것입니다(자세한 이유는 첨가된 리포트 참조). 이 과정은 법적 절차에 따라 평화적으로 진행되었습니다.
그러나 이에 반발한 세력은 윤석열 대통령을 내란죄로 탄핵하려는 불법적인 시도를 하고 있습니다. 이들은 대통령 공관에 난입하여 대통령 체포를 시도하며, 헌정 질서를 완전히 붕괴시키고 있습니다.
잘 알아서 하시겠지만 주권 국민과 청년들이 필사적 노력을 하나 긴급하여 아래와 같은 요청을 드립니다.
1. 윤석열 대통령을 헬기를 이용해 안전한 장소로 피신시키거나 끝까지 보호해 주십시오.
2. 새 트럼프 행정부와 이 위험한 상황을 긴밀히 논의해 주십시오.
3. 트럼프 신 행정부 취임식에 윤석열 대통령을 초대해 주십시오.
4. 반국가 세력 지도부의 미국 입국을 금지해 주십시오. 이들은 반미 성향으로 미군 철수를 원합니다.
5. 트럼프 신 행정부와 함께 한미동맹 및 한미일 안보체제를 강화하여 북한 주민을 해방시키고, 자유 통일을 실현할 수 있도록 협력해 주십시오.
우리 대한민국 국민은 미국과 자유 우방과 함께 자유민주체제를 수호하기를 원합니다. 결코 중국과 북한의 전체주의 공산체제를 원하지 않습니다. 하루빨리 대한민국이 자유민주공화국으로 정상화되어 트럼프 신 행정부와 함께 선진국으로 도약하기를 바랍니다.
다시 한 번 5000만 대한민국 국민을 대신하여, 대한민국 자유민주체제 수호를 위해 꽃다운 젊은이들의 희생을 감수해 주신 데 깊이 감사드립니다.

[Emergency Appeal Letter: Republic of Korea in an Emergency Quasi-War State]

Dear General Brunson,
My name is Sookhee Shin, a long-term resident of Sydney, Australia, for 40 years. I previously lectured in academic writing at universities in Sydney and currently serve as the Co-Chair of the ‘International Korean Wethepeople Leaders Alliance’ (IKWA). This organization unites representatives of overseas Koreans from 25 countries, along with domestic organizations, to support the preservation of South Korea's free democratic system.
On behalf of 8 million overseas Koreans and 50 million citizens of South Korea, I urgently appeal to you through this letter. The purpose of this correspondence is to alert the Trump administration to South Korea's current quasi-civil war and the collapse of governance, and to request immediate protection for President Yoon Suk-yeol from the illegal arrest attempts by anti-state forces.
South Korea is currently in a situation resembling the Korean War, where national sovereignty is severely compromised. A small group of anti-state forces, aligned with pro-China and pro-North Korea ideologies, allegedly manipulated election results through digital fraud during the 21st and 22nd National Assembly elections to secure a majority in the National Assembly. These forces, through their unlawful control, have enacted numerous unjust laws and suppressed government institutions, including the judiciary, legislature, and media, through bribery and intimidation.
Furthermore, they have worked to impeach key members of President Yoon's administration and obstructed the approval of the 2025 national budget, plunging the nation into turmoil. In response, President Yoon Suk-yeol issued an emergency martial law declaration on December 3, 2024. The primary purpose of this martial law was to deploy military personnel to four regional offices of the National Election Commission to uncover evidence of election fraud committed over the past decade ( see the report attached). This was conducted peacefully and in accordance with legal procedures.
However, these forces have retaliated by attempting to impeach President Yoon on fabricated charges of rebellion, disregarding the rule of law. They have incited mobs to storm the presidential residence in an unlawful and chaotic attempt to arrest the president, further undermining constitutional order.
Therefore, on behalf of freedom- loving Korean citizens at home and abroad, II earnestly request the following:
• Ensure the safety of President Yoon Suk-yeol by relocating him via helicopter to a secure location or protecting him to the fullest extent possible.
• Closely consult with the incoming Trump administration regarding this critical situation.
• Extend an invitation to President Yoon Suk-yeol to attend the Trump administration’s inauguration ceremony.
• Prohibit anti-state leaders, such as Lee Jae-myung and Moon Jae-in and anti-state Juche-followers, from entering the United States and hold them accountable under international sanctions for their actions.
• Strengthen the ROK-US alliance and the trilateral security partnership with Japan to facilitate the liberation of North Korean citizens and expedite the realization of a unified Korea.
The people of the Republic of Korea aspire to uphold freedom and democracy in solidarity with the United States and its allies. We firmly reject any alignment with the authoritarian communist systems of China or North Korea. We hope for the swift normalization of South Korea as a liberal democratic republic and its advancement as a leading nation in partnership with the Trump administration.
On behalf of 50 million citizens of South Korea, I once again express my profound gratitude for the sacrifices made by young men from the United States to protect South Korea’s free democratic system.
