[WE WILL NEVER BE SILENT–WE WILL ACT]
The Republic of Korea now stands at a historic crossroads.
Our free democratic nation, built upon the blood and sweat of our ancestors for over 5,000 years, is now collapsing under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its collaborators within our own government.
The democratically elected President has been impeached without due legal process, driven by political motives and the selfish interests of a particular faction. Worse, they have framed the President as a “traitor leading a rebellion.”
The Republic of Korea is no longer governed by democracy but is instead being controlled by a foreign power and its domestic proxies.
1. The Crisis in the Republic of Korea – This is Our Reality!
▶ The Constitution and the rule of law are being destroyed!
▶ The Chinese Communist Party is interfering, and pro-CCP forces have taken control of the National Assembly!
▶ The Constitutional Court is preparing to deliver a politically motivated verdict!
▶ The sovereign rights and freedoms of the people are being violated!
We will not stand by and watch.
We cannot sit idly while our nation collapses before our very eyes.
2. The Entire Impeachment Process is Illegal
The Constitutional Court falsely argues that the President’s martial law declaration lacked procedural legitimacy due to the absence of a full deliberation by the State Council.
However, the real unconstitutional act was the National Assembly’s illegal impeachment process, which:
• Ignored individual lawmakers' independent judgment.
• Kept the public uninformed.
• Rushed to vote within just 20 minutes.
• Violated the people’s right to political participation.
Thus, the impeachment is unconstitutional, as it deprived the people
of their fundamental electoral rights.
3. Martial Law Declaration is NOT Subject to State Council Review
▶ The State Council is merely an advisory body to the President.
▶ (Constitution, Article 88, Sections 1 & 2) The State Council’s decisions are non-binding.
▶ (Constitution, Article 66) The President is not required to seek State Council deliberation.
▶ (Constitution, Article 89) It is not listed as a mandatory deliberation matter.
▶ (Martial Law Act, Article 3) A subordinate law cannot override the Constitution.
▶ In times of emergency, a President’s governance takes precedence over ordinary laws.
▶ If national security and secrecy are at stake, the President can declare martial law independently.
4. We Declare the Following!
We issue this final warning to the Constitutional Court Justices!
The President’s martial law declaration is a sovereign executive decision, not grounds for impeachment.
The State Council’s deliberation is non-binding, and Article 89 of the Constitution does not require it.
▶ The impeachment process is based on fabricated evidence and political manipulation.
▶ The Constitutional Court must dismiss this case immediately!
Are you not also citizens of the Republic of Korea?
Do you intend to continue legitimizing an unconstitutional impeachment orchestrated within 20 minutes?
Do you not hear the roar of public outrage?
Will you be remembered as eternal traitors, hearing curses from generation to generation?
Announce the dismissal of the impeachment today!
Immediately reinstate the President to stabilize the nation!
If the people’s demands are ignored, churches and citizens will rise up in a movement even greater than the April 19 Revolution!
Once the people take action, there will be no forgiveness, no mercy.
▶ The Constitutional Court should immediately stop making political judgments and dismiss them.
▶ Do not arbitrarily apply the Constitution created by the sovereign people.
▶ The people unite and resist to block pro-China forces and Chinese invasion.
▶ We strongly condemn the National Assembly's illegal abuse of power and will hold them accountable!
5. People of Korea – Rise Up!
The Korean Christian United Organization will uphold the constitutional spirit of the March 1st Independence Movement and the April 19 Pro-Democracy Revolution.
Together with the people, we will defend our democratically elected President and expel the pro-CCP and pro-North Korea collaborators who have illegally infiltrated and undermined our
nation.
We will never allow the blood of our fallen heroes and soldiers to be in vain.
Therefore, we declare a national resistance movement to restore freedom and democracy!
Citizens – Be bold and courageous!
We must protect not only ourselves but also the future of our children!
6. The Time for Action is NOW!
The CCP has infiltrated our nation through its Northeast Project and political interference.
We must not allow Korea to become another Canada!
As direct victims of the Korean War, we have every right to stand against the CCP and claim victory.
It is time to eradicate communist forces and demand war reparations.
▶ If we win, we can bring freedom and light to 1.4 billion people suffering under communist dictatorship.
▶ God will stand with us in this righteous war!
7. Emergency Declaration to the World
As the President is currently suspended from duty, we, the Korean Christian United Organization, patriotic organizations, and the sovereign people of Korea, make the following declaration on behalf of the Republic of Korea.
▶ We formally request U.S. military intervention under the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty!
▶ We call upon the United Nations Command to counter this invasion!
▶ We urge all allies who love the Republic of Korea to stand with us in this fight for freedom!
Korea will never forget those who stand with us in our time of need.
We will repay our allies with unwavering gratitude and support.
This is our historic opportunity to eliminate the evil forces of communism from the face of the earth!
God, the Lord of Hosts, will judge those who persecute His people and oppose Him.
▶ The Constitutional Court has ignored our repeated warnings.
▶ We, alongside 10 million Christians, will now launch a nationwide
rescue operation.
▶ Those who support illegal acts and their families will have no place left in this country.
Treason is the act of overthrowing a President and government.
Saving the President and restoring the government is a patriotic movement.
THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW!
If we remain silent, Korea will fall!
If we hesitate, our country will no longer be ours!
Only the people who take action can be the true owners of history!
To protect our freedom and future, we will fight!
We will never surrender our homeland!
We will stand against all who attempt to steal our nation!
Even if we shed blood, we must not retreat!
JOIN THE NATIONAL RESISTANCE MOVEMENT!
STAND TOGETHER AND DEFEND THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA!
LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA!
