대한민국 자유민주주의를 사랑하는 6000만 대한인 여러분! 세계 자유 시민 여러분!
대한민국은 유구한 반만년 역사의 자랑스러운 나라입니다. 한민족은 널리 사람을 이롭게 하는 홍익정신을 실천하는 민족으로, 수많은 외세 침략의 인고 속에서도 다른 나라를 침략한 적이 없는 평화를 사랑하는 선한 민족입니다. 대한민국은 이승만 대통령의 교육입국론·기독교입국론·한미동맹에 의한 자유민주주의 건국과 박정희 대통령의 한강의 기적·새마을운동·한미일동맹·자주국방·과학입국론에 힘입어 전 세계에서 최초로 유일하게 도움을 받던 나라(수원국)에서 도움을 주는 나라(공여국)가 되었습니다. 또한 한국의 문화(K팝·K푸드·K컬쳐)를 전 세계가 선호하며, 한국을 배우기를 원하는 선진국이 되었습니다. 그러나 오늘날 대한민국 자유민주주의 체제가 헌정 사상 가장 심각한 위기에 처해 있습니다. 이렇게 대한민국 자유 민주주의 체제를 위협하는 위헌 내란 세력이 진짜 누구일까요?
1. 비상계엄은 헌법상 대통령의 고유 권한으로 내란이나 사법 심사의 대상이 아닙니다.
국회의 계엄해제 요구에 따라 6시간 최단명으로 끝났고, 아무런 인명 피해가 발생하지 않았고, 계엄군의 활동은 주로 선관위 부정선거 증거 확보에 그쳐 지방의 평온을 해칠 정도의 폭동이 아니므로 내란도 아닙니다.
2. 내란죄는 윤 대통령이 아니라 28회에 걸친 탄핵 남발·예산 삭감 남발로 국정을 파탄시킨 이재명 민주당입니다.
이재명과 더불어민주당을 비롯한 탄핵 세력은 윤석열 대통령의 합헌적인 계엄을 내란으로 단죄하는 가짜뉴스와 여론조작으로 계엄 관련자들을 내란죄로 구속하는 광란의 칼춤으로 자의적으로 구속수사를 자행하는 내란을 저지르고 있습니다.
조기 대선 정국을 만들어서 선거를 통해 당대표의 사법 리스크를 덮어버리겠다는 반헌법적인 수작입니다. 이것은 경제·안보·외교·민주주의를 파괴시키는 내란입니다.
한덕수 대통령권한대행에 대한 탄핵은 헌법에 규정도 없거니와, 윤 대통령에 대한 탄핵에 추가하여 권한대행까지 추진하는 것은 헌정사상 그 유례가 없고 조기 대선으로 사법 리스크를 덮고 권력을 강탈하려는 사실상의 내란입니다,
3. 윤 대통령 탄핵은 일사부재리 원칙에 위반됩니다.
윤 대통령에 대한 탄핵이 부결되었음에도 불구하고 다시 같은 회기 중에 탄핵을 가결시키는 것은 헌법이 보장한 일사부재리 원칙에 위반합니다.
4. 외국의 부정선거에도 개입하여 한국의 명예를 추락시켜 국제적인 망신을 당했음에도 국회도 선관위도 검찰도 수사를 하지 아니한 직무유기.
한국은 반미·친중 정권을 세우기 위해 이라크·콩고민주공화국·키르키스트탄의 부정선거에 개입한 것이 폭로가 되어 국제적인 비난을 받았습니다.
한국이 외국에 개입한 부정선거로 지탄을 받고 있어도 국회도 선관위도 검찰도 아무런 조사를 하지 아니한 것은 개탄스럽습니다.
2020년 트럼프 대선후보는 미국 50개주 중에 30개 주에 중공산 전자개표기 도미니온 부정선거로 정권을 빼앗겼고, 그때 투표가 끝난 직후에 한국 KAL기 승객 자리를 모두 뜯어내고 미리 기표한 투표함을 잔뜩 실어 한국에서 미국 경합주로 투표함을 수송했고, 미국 경합 주는 한국에서 수송해 온 투표함으로 개표를 시작해 부정선거를 저질러 한국도 미국 부정선거에 개입했습니다.
1) 선관위 비밀번호 1, 2, 3, 4, 5는 해킹에 취약하고 선관위 서버 포렌식 분석에 의해 전산 조작이 가능한 부실한 시스템임이 밝혀졌습니다.
2) 2024년 4월에는 감사원이 지난 10년간 선관위에 채용된 경력직 채용 공무원 전원이 불법 채용임이 밝혀진 것 자체가 부정선거를 위한 것입니다.
3) 대한민국 주권은 국민에게 있습니다. 그리고 선거는 국민 주권을 표현하는 민주주의 제도입니다.모순은 선관위원장이 대법관을 겸임을 하고 있어, 부정선거를 고발하여도 피고가 판사를 겸임하는 것이나 똑같은 어느 나라에도 없는 법적 구조입니다. 또한 선거관리위원회(선관위) 서버에 대한 북한의 해킹 증거가 있음에도 이를 전혀 대처하지 않고 있습니다.
4) 2024년 4.10 총선은 완전 부정선거로 원천무효입니다.
2024.03.29. 선거 전과 선거 후 선거인수가 같아야 하는 것은 당연한데 선거 전(확정선거인수 44,251,919명)과 선거 후(비례선거인수 44,280,011명)가 전국적으로 다릅니다. 선거 후 지역구 선거인수는 적습니다. 선관위 개표결과 통계시스템에 발표되어 있습니다. 전국적으로 28,092명의 선거 후(비례선거인수)가 많습니다(선관위서버까국민운동본부 제공). 이것이 완전 조작 부정선거라는 것은 어린 아이도 알 수 있는 내용입니다. 그래서 윤석열 대통령이 구국의 결단을 하신 것입니다. 그렇다면 해산해야 할 것은 이렇게 부정선거로 당선된 가짜 국회가 아니겠습니까?
5. 거대 야당은 국가안보에 심각한 와해를 초래
거대 야당은 최근에 간첩죄 개정을 반대했습니다. 이것은 국제 사회에 알려져야 되는데, 중국공산당은 위구로 인권 유린·티베트 인권 유린에 관여되어 있고, 대만 침공을 하려고 준비하고 있고, 러·우 전쟁에 부품과 건설·장비를 대고 있고, 전 세계를 해킹하고 있고, 캐나다·미국 부정 선거에 개입하고 있습니다. 그 중국공산당의 위협이 한국에도 있는데 미국에도 드론 날리는 유학생들이 많은데 한국에도 윤 대통령이 탔던 미국 항공모함을 드론으로 불법 촬영한 중국인이 잡혔는데 중국의 우수 공산당원이었습니다. 중국공산당 간첩들이 활개를 쳐 삼성의 기술을 빼가고, 군사 기밀을 빼가고 난리인 상황입니다. 해군 사병이 1000만 원으로 한미훈련 기밀을 중국에 넘기는 나라가 되었고, 정보사 군무원이 화이트 요원 블랙 요원 명단을 중국인한테 넘겼고, 휴미트 절반이 발각되어서 북한에서 곡사포로 처형되는 일이 있었습니다. 이 정도로 지금 국가안보·정보기관이 다 무너지고 있는 터라 지금 한국은 간첩법 개정이 필요합니다. 한데 이런 상황 속에서 왜 거대 야당은 간첩죄 개정을 반대할까요? 적국 말고 외국을 위해서 이적 행위를 한 사람도 처벌한다는 게 간첩죄 개정안의 주요 골자이기 때문입니다. 이렇게 민주당은 지금 대한민국 국가안보의 와해를 초래하고 있는 것입니다.
거대 야당은 종북주사파와 결탁해 국가 안보를 위협하고 있습니다. 최재영이라는 사람은 “주체사상은 인민의 혼 안에서 살아 숨 쉬는 영원한 에너지다”라는 이상한 말은 한 사람으로 북한에서 내려온 것이 확실히 되는 사람인데 이 사람이 촛불행동과 어울리는 사람입니다. 촛불행동의 리더 김민웅은 거대 야당인 민주당 김민석 최고위원의 형입니다. 외곽에서 활동을 하고 탄핵 군불을 떼고, 국회 안에서는 이런 촛불행동과 결탁된 국회의원들이 탄핵 청문회를 열고 이런 구조인 것입니다(출처: 그라운드씨).
기자회견에서 김용현 장관 측 변호사도 비상계엄이 대통령의 헌법상 고유 권한을 행사한 것이기에 내란이 아니라고 분명히 얘기했습니다. 그래서 계엄군도 내란죄가 해당될 수가 없고, 무죄 추정의 원칙이 있어 내란죄라 얘기를 해서도 안 되는 것입니다. 한데 거대 야당은 대한민국 법을 무시하며 국가안보 최후의 보루인 국군의 존엄성을 훼손하고, 군이 명령에 의해 치밀하게 조직된 계엄군을 내란범으로 몰아붙이면서 국군을 무력화시키고 있습니다. 이렇게 국군을 무력화시키는 상황은, 만약 북한에서 특수부대를 동원하여 불시에 기습하면 대한민국은 바로 북한에 의하여 점령당할 수 있는 것입니다. 그래서 이러한 행위야말로 대한민국의 안보를 크게 위험에 빠뜨리는 내란에 준하는 반국가세력 행태입니다.
결 론
대통령은 국가 안보를 위협하는 거대 야당의 국헌 문란에 맞서 대통령이 헌법상 고유 권한인 비상계엄을 행사한 것이기에 내란죄도 성립하지 않고, 사법 심사의 대상이 아니며, 탄핵 사유도 되지 않습니다. 또한 일사부재리 원칙도 어기고 탄핵 절차도 위헌이기에 헌법재판소는 윤 대통령에 대한 탄핵은 기각하여야 합니다.
그리고 이렇게 국가안보의 심각한 와해를 초래하고, 헌법을 위반하여 대통령과 대통령권한대행을 탄핵함으로써 국정 마비를 넘어 대한민국을 초토화시키고 있는 거대 야당에 대해 헌법재판소는 내란과 국헌문란죄를 묻고 위헌정당을 해산하여야 할 것입니다.

우리가 사랑하는 대한민국의 자유민주주의 체제와 안보가 이 거대 야당의 내란과 국헌 문란으로 무너졌습니다. 이것은 좌우의 문제가 아닙니다. 반국가 세력에 의해 대한민국 자유민주주의 체제와 안보가 무너져 공산화된다면 베트남처럼 1000만 명이 죽는 것이 아니라 대한민국은 6000만 국민의 생명이 위협받을 것입니다. 이것은 대한민국의 국운이 달린 문제입니다. 대한민국 국민 여러분 이제 깨어 나십시오! 우리가 다 같이 일어나 이 위대한 대한민국을 무너뜨리려는 이 반국가 세력을 국민의 이름으로 심판합시다!

Dear as many as 60 millon Koreans Loving Free Democracy! Dear Free Global Citizens!
The Republic of Korea We proud of eternal five thousands year history. Korean people built our ancient country at first for the welfare of mankind expanding the benefits of neighbors. Despite foreign countries' frequent attack to us, we never invade other countries and love peace with good mind. The Republic of Korea becomes from the country for foreign aid to the country to give aid to foreign country due to the first President Lee Seung-mann‘s Free Democracy based on Educational Entry Theory, Christianity Entry Theory, and Korea-US alliance, and President Park Jung-hee's the Miracle of Han River, New Village Movement, Korea-US-Japan Alliance, Self Defense and Science Entry Theory. K-Pop, K-Food, K-Culture have made our county developed admired by foreign countries. Nevertheless, nowadays, we are in national crisis never happened in our Constitutional history. Who are responsible threatening free democracy in South Korea and are responsible for rebellion?
1. President's declaration of Emergency Martial Law is not rebellion but political question highly political character excluded from judicial review.
Martial Law just for 6 hours and lifted requested by National Assembly. The main purpose of Martial Law was to secure evidences over fraud and rigged election.
No one injured or death. No violence to break regional revolt. That's why such kind can't be rebellion.
2. Not President Yoon but Lee Jae-myung paralyzing national affair by as many as 22 times frequent impeaching ministers and cutting major budgets.

It is deplorable that National Assembly, Election Committee, and Public Prosecution have not investigated into election fraud, despite South Korea's frequent involvements in fraud and rigged election in foreign countries blamed by the world.
In 2020 US Presidential Election, as many as 30 states counting votes with China - made electronic counting machine and dominion. As a result of China's involvement in 2020 election
fraud, Trump was defeated. In addition, South Korea KAL plane did interior renovation tear off all the seats and full of space for so many ballot boxes already voted and then from South Korea to some of US swing states waiting for. At that time, it ended voting already. Nevertheless, after voting finished already, some swing states began counting after ballot boxes arriived from South Korea. South Korea also involved in 2020 US Presidential Election.

2) April this year the Board of Audit and Inspection has employed all the officers illegally for the past 10 years. It is really perfect evidences for fraud and rigged election.
3) The sovereignty of the Republic of Korea lies with our people according to the Constitution. Chief of Election Committee has been elected among Supreme Court Judges. Therefore, public prosecution seldom indict chief of Election Committee. Even if indicted, he can't be judged guilty by the judiciary. It has been well known that North Korea have been hacking South Korea Election Committee's server several times. Nevertheless, Election Committee never takes counter measure to North Korea's possible hacking.
4) Fraud and Rigged Election April 15, 2020 National Assembly General Election
In Seoul, Inchun, Kyungki province between the ruling party and United Future Party in early votes counting are as follow.

Kyungki 63.58% 36.42%
Such kind of exactly the same 63%/36% counting votes simultaneously between the ruling party and United Future Party in so many polling places in Seoul, Inchun and Kyungki Province is impossible statistically
In election day votes counting of local electorates, United Future Party gets 124 seats 46.2% while the ruling party gets 123 seats 44.9%.
On the contrary, in early votes counting, the ruling party gets 198 seats 55.5%
while United Future Party gets only 49 seats 35.6%.
There are no reasons to show remarkable difference between early votes counting and election day votes counting. Independent candidates their counting between early votes counting and election day votes counting nearly the same though.
Such kind of striking deference between early votes counting and election day votes counting only for ruling party candidates and opposition party candidates is apparent proof for fraud and rigged election.
According to public office election act. bar code have to be used in ballot papers, Yet in the recent April 15th general election in South Korea, bar code used in election day voting while
QR code was used in early voting. Professor Walter Mebane analyzed
QR code was used for rigged election.
5) Fraud and Rigged Election April 10, 2024 National Assembly General Election.
As citizens protest rigged election, Together Democratic Party negotiate with coward opposition party to free from rigged election conflicts. And then they passed election act to legalize early voting, electronic counting machine and even QR code.
Among 245 electoral district, National Strength wins as many as 135 seats while Together Democratic Party wins only 110 in election day counting.
Yet in early votes counting Together Demcratic Party wins as many as 203 seats while National Strength wins only 42 seats. As a result of striking difference
between election day counting and early votes counting, 52 National Assembly candidates winning in election day lost their seats due to early votes counting.
Independent candidates their counting between early voting and election day voting were nearly the same. Such kind of remarkable difference between early voting and election day voting only for ruling party and opposition party is impossible statistically. That's why April 10, 2024 National Assembly General Election just like April 15 general election is apparent fraud and rigged election
The number of voters before and after election must be the same, but the number of voters after in regional district is less than before election, while the number of voters after election for proportional representation is more than before election.
Such kind of absurd differences of number of voters in regional and in proportional is apparent evidences to manipulate even the number of voters.
Moreover, according to the election act, voting management officers must put their seal. Yet already printed puttng seal used vulnerable election fraud.
Election Committee, Public Prosecution and Supreme Court they have been paying no attention to the apparent fraud and rigged election
Without Martial Law it was impossible to secure evidences over fraud and rigged election. It is certain that anti US pro China rigged election cartel makes South Korea to be subject to China. That's why
President Yoon made great decision to protect our country and democracy by declaration of Martial Law to secure evidences over fraud and rigged election threatening election integrity and free democracy.
5. The Huge Opposition Party have been threatening national security. They oppose the revision of spy act. A Chinese took pictures over US aircraft career by using drone illegally. There are no law to punish foreigners' spy activity. Therefore ruling party asked opposition party for the revision of spy crime enable punishing foreigners' spy activity. Yet huge opposition party refused.
Even Chinese are anxious to get high level of technology over Samsung and other Korea industries.
Chinese they made speech agitating to overthrow our government and even so many chinese have been participating in agitating to impeach President Yoon and acting President Han Duk-soo. Lee Jae-myung and his huge opposition party continue to agitate pro China pro North Korea anti US anti government.
Foreign funds expands China exodus except South Korea huge opoposition party anxious to overthrow President Yoon government regarding US as an important ally. Our anti-impeachment and stamping out election fraud is not just for the Republic of Korea but an important bridgehead in E ast Asia for free world and free democracy.
Conclusion President Yoon's declaration of Martial Law is President's Constitutional Right to
prevent opposition party to threaten
national security and democracy. Therefore, it is not rebellion but political question highly political character excluded from judicial review.
That's why there are no reasons to impeach President Yoon at Constitutonal Court and no reason to indict impeaching Deputy Presidency Han Duk-soo at National Assembly. Impeachment also violates no double jeopardy rule. That's why Constitutional Court have not only to dismiss impeachment bill at Constitutional Court and Nationlal Assembly but to disorganize Democratic Party to violate Constitution at the Constitutional Court.
